Jullian Baez is a licensed social worker with vast experience working with a diverse range of clients, including children, youth, families, and adults. Baez currently works as a psychotherapist at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, where they employ an eclectic approach to therapy, combining evidence-based modalities with an emphasis on relationship building, self-care, and identity development. Baez holds a Master of Social Work degree from Saint Louis University and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from DePaul University.

Baez has held several positions in the education and mental health sectors, including counseling and program monitoring at Harris House Foundation and case management at Epworth Children & Family Services, and teaching at Chicago Public Schools. Baez also served as a corps member at Teach For America and Jumpstart and interned at Catholic Schools Initiative and Congressional Black Caucus Foundation.
