Luca Ruscitto

Luca Ruscitto is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector with more than 10 years of expertise in business development and marketing. He has held various positions at UniCredit, including Head of Repossession/Mgmt and non RE Sales at UniCredit Leased Asset Management S.p.A., Head of Sales & Business Development at UniCredit Subito Casa, and Head of Business Development at UniCredit Business Integrated Solutions Scpa Real Estate. Throughout his career, Ruscitto has cultivated a strong business acumen and an impressive skill set that includes innovation, product/process marketing, co-marketing, process re-engineering, and high-level negotiation.

Ruscitto completed his engineering education at the University of Bergamo, where he earned both a degree in engineering and a managerial engineering degree. He then went on to study an executive course in Supply Chain Management at MIP - Politecnico di Milano as well as EPFIRE - EXECUTIVE PROGRAM IN FINANZA IMMOBILIARE E REAL ESTATE, Real Estate at SDA Bocconi.

At UniCredit, Ruscitto's responsibilities included the secured NPL management and remarketing of leased goods, integration projects unit management, and raw material purchasing.
