During her tenure as the Talent Partner at Playground Global, a tech VC, she gained extensive experience in talent management and co-created the organization's human resources program. Melissa also worked on more than 200 portfolio companies during her time at Greylock Partners, focusing on developing talent across different industries, including Enterprise Software and Consumer Software.

With a track record of success in operations and talent recruitment, Melissa leveraged her skillsets and passion to create an effective connection between job seekers and employers at Greylock Partners, Udacity, and Google.
