Mike Wallace is a seasoned project management and business change expert with extensive delivery experience in both the UK and international markets. With a focus on efficient and effective delivery, Mike has led £multi-million programs and business transformations across multiple sectors.

As a Managing Consultant at PA Consulting and former Trustee at the Association for Project Management, Mike has been instrumental in improving organizational performance and delivery maturity. He specializes in large capital projects in infrastructure and consultancy, with experience in project and program turnaround assignments.

Mike holds an Engineering Science degree from the University of Oxford and has studied at Keble College in Oxford as well. He has also been involved with sketching and educational activities, having studied at Sketchout and Gleniffer High School.
