Executive Management: Participated in Series B funding activities which resulted in securing $11M led by Revolution Ventures. Present marketing strategy, goals and results to the board of directors that help shape the strategic direction of the company. Stepped in to manage the Sales team during the transition of Sales leadership and oversaw the closing of recurring and services revenue. Brand Management: Led the rebranding effort which included a complete redesign of the MemberSuite corporate identity including new logo, messaging, collateral, tradeshow booth and website - all significantly under budget. Demand Generation: Delivered over $8M in sales accepted opportunities via integrated, multi-channel marketing programs. Built and managed an SDR team that consistently overperformed on all key metrics including 70%+ conversion rate of meetings set to opportunity creation. Product Marketing: Responsible for creating the go-to-market strategy and project plan for launching the next generation of MemberSuite’s association management software offering which represents the largest investment in the company’s history. Conducted on-site customer interviews to determine product/market fit, competitive positioning and pricing.

Executive Management: Senior member of the executive team responsible for all aspects of marketing including AR/PR, content strategy, demand generation and sales enablement while managing within a defined budget. Worked closely with executive team, strategic investors and board members to shape go to market strategy in areas of strategic growth and investment.Product Marketing: Worked closely with engineering, data science and product teams to prioritize features, releases and overall product strategy. Managed all external product launch activities and internal sales training in order to drive awareness and demand for new product capabilities and competitively differentiate Insightpool.
