Matt Fini brings over a decade of project management and strategic partner development experience to the table, along with an impressive 8-year track record in the game industry. Having worked with PC, Mobile, Console, Virtual Reality, and Augmented Reality platforms, Matt has established himself as a specialist in this field. As Unity Technologies' former Partner Marketing Manager and Key Account Manager, he successfully developed and managed Unity's strategic accounts program across North American and European partners, including Microsoft, Disney, EA, Glu, and Zynga.

Matt is also renowned for his work with the Made with Unity program, where he supported independent and enterprise game developers in co-marketing across events, web, social, and partner marketing channels. Additionally, he coordinated internal Unity strike teams, which quickly resolved enterprise client technical issues using a combination of engineering, QA, and support.

Matt's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Media Studies, along with a Certificate in Strategic Marketing, both from Rutgers University. He also honed his skills in Data Analytics at General Assembly, where he studied intensively.

Currently working as Discord's Developer Account Manager, Matt continues to use his expertise in the game industry to help developers build exceptional communication services. Prior to this, Matt worked as the Developer Relations and Campaign Manager at Fig.co.
