Paul Humberstone
Paul Humberstone is a seasoned professional with a rich and diverse background in IT, recruitment, and business management. He holds a Bachelor of Business in Computing and Information Management from the University of Western Sydney. Paul has over two decades of experience in the IT industry, having started his career as a Rollout Engineer in 1999. He later moved to the recruitment sector, working as an IT Recruitment Consultant for several agencies, including Graeme V Jones & Associates, where he provided outsourcing, contract, and permanent recruitment solutions.
In 2008, Paul joined adlogic, a recruitment technology company that provides multiposting, applicant tracking, job board, and social recruitment solutions. He served as Senior Business Development Manager and was later promoted to Sales and Operations Manager by late 2009. Three years later, The Intermedia Group (TIG), a leading Australian B2B publishing, event management, and technology business, hired Paul to launch and run a new recruitment and job search product, jobla, which he successfully launched in September 2011.
Paul's role at TIG expanded in 2013, and he managed several additional business units, including TIG's eCommerce wholesale platform and website development business. He held various leadership positions at TIG, including General Manager of Recruitment Services, General Manager of Giftnow, and, finally, General Manager of Digital Services before leaving the company.
Currently, Paul is the Managing Director at Trade Management Systems, where he provides expert advice and assistance to businesses in technical project and systems management. He brings immense knowledge and experience in IT, recruitment, and business management to the table, making him a valuable asset to any organization.
