Nnamdi Okike is a successful venture capitalist and Co-Founder and Managing Partner of 645 Ventures. With a track record of investing in leading software and Internet companies worth over $6 billion, Okike's expertise lies in helping entrepreneurs build industry-leading companies by balancing entrepreneurial vision and creativity with strong business fundamentals and rigorous preparation.
Okike obtained an impressive education, earning a High School Diploma with Honors from Phillips Andover Academy, followed by a BA, JD, and MBA - all with honors from Harvard University, where he studied Biology/Biological Sciences, General, Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies, and Juris Doctor.
Throughout his career, Okike has invested in a number of companies such as ALICE, MM.LaFleur, Overtime, Negotiatus, and LeagueApps, and has overseen an investment strategy at 645 Ventures known for its institutional model for early-stage investing, leveraging advanced proprietary software.
Okike is also a former Board Member of RentSpree and Lunchbox, Member of the Board of Advisors at ALICE, and served as a Board Observer at Privalia, Folhamatic, PhotoBox and Astaro AG. He previously spent eight years at Insight Venture Partners, a $13 billion venture fund, where he invested in eighteen companies, had nine exits, with exit value exceeding $6 billion.
In addition to his numerous achievements, Okike is a member of the Chairman's Circle at Jazz at Lincoln Center and serves on the Board of the New York Roadrunners.
