Jonathan Pennington is a seasoned marketer with a wealth of experience in developing and delivering innovative and successful marketing campaigns across the globe. As the Senior Director of Brand and Marketing Creation at Jabra, he has proven himself to be a dynamic and visionary leader, capable of inspiring and guiding teams to deliver world-class results.

Jonathan began his journey at Lancaster University, where he studied BSc (hons), Marketing Information Systems. He honed his skills as a Graduate Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car before moving on to Everton Football Club, where he began his career as a Marketing Assistant. From there, he worked his way up through the ranks, holding various marketing roles at Puma and Wolverine World Wide before becoming the Global Marketing Director at Vivobarefoot and FitFlop.

Jonathan brings a unique perspective to every project he undertakes, having worked with companies of all sizes and budgets. He excels in the development of brands and has experience across multiple disciplines, including ATL, retail, PR, digital, and product launches.
