Dennis Orr is a career counseling, coaching, and placement expert with over 30 years of experience in the field. As the President and CEO of Training Employment Solutions, Inc., he has developed the pre-eminent Systems for finding the best career ever. He is also the co-founder of ITESI Global, P.B.C., where he served as the Chief Executive Partner. Additionally, Orr is the former President and CEO of Colorow Consulting, Inc. He has developed comprehensive 21st Century courses that guide individuals along a focused, structured path towards career readiness and meaningful employment. Orr’s Propulsion programs are interactive discussions, building camaraderie and teamwork, and providing individualized attention to each participant’s career and life aspirations.

Orr holds a degree in Government from Indiana University Bloomington and completed studies at Leadership Denver in 1974. He is a Level II Consultant/Senior Consultant at Birkman International, an organization that develops personality and career assessments. Furthermore, Orr is a member of several organizations, including the Mile High Military Officers Association and the United Veterans Coalition of Colorado, where he has served as President. He has also held the role of Chairman of the Board at Veterans Educational Services, Inc. 501(c)3 and the Jefferson Symphony Orchestra. Lastly, Orr has provided consulting services with his Orr Consulting Group, LLC and worked as the Vice President of Major League Baseball.
