Joining NTUC Enterprise (NE), my first task was to co-lead the PMO of Project Banyan, an 18-month transformation journey that articulated and executed our portfolio’s ‘Everything Food’ strategy. This resulted in the formation of FairPrice Group (FPG) through the consolidation of our assets in NTUC Enterprise, FairPrice, Foodfare, Kopitiam and Link.Six months into the transformation, I took on additional responsibilities to drive the Transformation Office for digital and technology. Through the office, we established FPG's Digital Business BU (profit centre), Technology function (cost centre), and their corresponding operating models. I also headed a taskforce to align our cross-BU omnichannel strategy between FPG's physical retail and digital business, identifying $5M synergies in operational cost savings.Following the formation of FairPrice Group, I headed the Group CEO Office serving as chief of staff. Within this new organisation, I built up FPG's Transformation Office, drove cross-functional projects and alignment, as well as staffed the Group CEO in his Board and top leadership meetings. Concurrently I held a role in the NE Supply Chain Taskforce, comprising of members from the NE/FPG Board and leadership teams.

As co-founder of the DHL Big Yellow Storage startup, I developed, pitched and won the ‘DHL Startup Lab’ global competition (top 8 out of 150+ teams) receiving EUR 200k in funding and DHL Corporate Board sponsorship. We launched our first minimum viable product (MVP) within 60 days and on-boarded 90+ suppliers and 20+ customers within first 100 days. I headed product management, technology, strategy and hiring.

I served as the Strategist to the President of DHL Global Life Sciences & Healthcare (LSH) sector - primarily driving the 'digitalization' strategy and change agenda for the sector. Topics include innovation, e-commerce, product marketing and healthcare / technology convergence. I also headed the overall agenda and content development for the DHL Global Life Sciences & Healthcare Conference (450+ participants), as well as the program office for the DHL LSH Logistics (Customer Advisory) Board, LSH Steering Committee and LSH Leadership Summit. During my tenure, I have authored a thought leadership white paper on 'The Future of Life Sciences & Healthcare Logistics' and launched the 'DHL Life Sciences & Healthcare Strategy 2025'.

I have worked across S.E. Asia, Japan, China, Germany and USA on topics including market entry strategy, supply chain optimization, organizational transformation, policy making and innovation. I was awarded DHL Employee of the Year (2013), and have also received the DHL Provider of Choice Award (2014, 2013, 2012) and the DHL Living Responsibility Award (2011) for contributions in 4PL/ strategic business development, city logistics and corporate social responsibility.
