Maddy Ross is a Design Research Manager at Bresslergroup, where she leads the User Research team in executing market research projects across various industries and platforms, providing actionable design-thinking recommendations to clients, and offering strategic direction for generative research focus.

Maddy holds a Master of Arts in the Social Sciences (MAPSS) in Anthropology from The University of Chicago, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Visual Anthropology from Temple University, and has studied at The Italian International Institute, Lorenzo de' Medici.

In her career, Maddy has held various positions including Director of Design Research, Design Research Manager, Senior User Researcher, Senior Lead UX Specialist, Lead UX Specialist, and UX Specialist at Bresslergroup and GfK. She also has experience as a Graduate Student at The University of Chicago and in administrative and office support roles at Partner's Consulting, Rosewood Consulting Group, Pulmonary Consultants, Inc., and as a Crew Member at Coldstone Creamery.
