Steve Discont is on his way to becoming a leading professional in the Human Resources field. He is an experienced and knowledgeable HR practitioner, particularly in areas such as Talent Operations, Organizational Development, Recruiting and Hiring, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Steve is an ABD candidate for a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and is due to graduate in May 2020.
