Sheila Hamilton

Sheila Hamilton is a well-known figure in the media industry, with an extensive background in journalism, broadcasting, and mental health advocacy. She is the CEO of Beyond Well Solutions, a company providing mental health programs for businesses committed to employee behavioral health. Sheila is also an Author, public speaker, and host of the “Beyond Well with Sheila Hamilton” podcast, a Spotify's fastest-growing health podcast focusing on learning tools for living better. With a BA in Journalism and a degree in Communications and Business from the University of Utah, Sheila has built a successful career in the media industry, with expertise in all aspects of media production and delivery, including scriptwriting, voice-over talent, public speaking and mistress ceremonies, and news production and delivery.
