He is a passionate leader and organization builder dedicated to making a positive impact on people, society, and the environment.

Andre specializes in building & running businesses, ventures, and creating new products, with mastery in Innovation Leadership, Startups Management, and Portfolio & Program Management.

His technical expertise spans areas such as Technology Commercialization, Product Development, Engineering, CleanTech, Lifespan Health, Advanced Materials, Appliances, and Manufacturing processes.

Known for his strategic acumen, Andre is results-driven, self-organized, and excels in leading diverse teams, cultivating talent, and fostering continuous improvement.

He is a creative thinker, excellent problem solver, and fluent in English & German, with basic proficiency in Mandarin, Thai, and French.

Andre Stolz holds a German Engineering Diploma & Bachelor Honors in Engineering – International Technological Management from Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) Mosbach.

His organizational experience includes roles such as Co-Founder & Management Director at Budding Innovation, Mentor at NUS Graduate Research Innovation Programme (GRIP), and Technical Advisor for NRF Central Gap Fund at National Research Foundation Singapore (NRF).

He has also held leadership positions at Procter & Gamble, including Senior Innovation Portfolio & Initiative Leader, Innovation Leader Personal Health Care Asia, Engineering Manager, and Project Manager.

Furthermore, Andre Stolz co-founded EcoWorth Tech Pte. Ltd. and served as its CEO and COO.

Additionally, he was involved in community service as an Ambulance first aider at the German Red Cross.
