Sherita Love is a seasoned professional with expertise in education, non-profit management, and racial equity advocacy. She is the Founder and Executive Director of The Education Equity Center of St. Louis, an organization committed to fostering a regional approach to achieving racial equity in education through convening, capacity building, and systems change. Sherita is also the lead anti-racist education catalyst with Changing Systems, where she collaborates with communities, schools, and organizations towards an applied anti-bias, anti-racist analysis as individuals working within institutions.

Her passion for empowering young women of color led her to co-found GLAMM (Girls Lead and Make Moves), an initiative focused on promoting education and empowerment. Sherita's work also includes being a consultant with STEMpact’s STEM Teacher Quality Institute, a comprehensive professional development program for teachers in the region focused on incorporating STEM education in classroom curriculum.

She is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, where she studied Education Studies, African American Studies, and Non-Profit Management. Her extensive experience includes working as Principal Education and Equity Strategist at ExpandED Equity Collaborative, Founding Director of Education Hub at Innovation Hall, and Youth Education and STEM Program Director at the Gateway Region YMCA.
