Suhan Junaid is a highly experienced real estate investor, with a particular focus on senior housing and assisted living facilities, small apartment buildings, and neighborhood shopping centers. With almost a decade of experience in investment banking, Suhan also has an in-depth understanding of financial modeling, client presentations, and information memorandums, with expertise in healthcare and industrials.

Suhan received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance and management, with a minor in economics, from the Emory University Goizueta Business School. He has held various positions throughout his career, from analyst roles at UBS Investment Bank and CIT Group to associate positions at Société Générale and RBC Capital Markets. He also served in the role of Chief Investment Officer at Junaid Ventures.

Currently, Suhan serves as the Executive Director at Atlantis Senior Care, where he leverages his investment and real estate expertise to provide exceptional senior care in a variety of settings. With a vast array of skills and past experiences to draw upon, Suhan is uniquely positioned to excel in any industry he chooses to pursue.
