Douglas Britt

Douglas Britt is an accomplished legal professional with a diverse educational background and a wealth of experience in corporate law and litigation.

He pursued his education at Ravenscroft before earning a J.D., Magna Cum Laude from Duke University School of Law, where he also completed a B.A. in Economics, Political Science, Markets and Management.

Currently, Douglas holds the position of Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Syneos Health, a role he transitioned into from his previous positions within the same company as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, Litigation, Risk & Claims, as well as Senior Corporate Counsel.

His extensive career also includes roles as Corporate Counsel and Senior Corporate Counsel at INC Research, as well as various legal positions at other prestigious organizations such as K&L Gates, Dechert LLP, and American Rivers.
