Daniel Froot

Daniel Froot is a recent graduate of Wesleyan University, having earned a BA in both the College of Film and the Moving Image as well as Hispanic Literatures and Cultures. Born and raised in New York City, Froot has studied film analysis, history and production throughout his four years of undergraduate study, focused particularly on TV screenwriting in his last two years.

Froot has a range of experience in the entertainment industry, having served as a Merchandise Coordinator at Fossil Group, Inc., Bartender at Hakkasan Group, and Art Department Assistant for Hit the Ground Running productions on The Jinx: The Life and Deaths of Robert Durst. He has also served as an Art Department Intern on two feature films and an Office Manager and Media Technician at Wesleyan University.

Throughout his career, Froot has worked in several hospitality positions as well, having been a waiter, busboy, server, bartender, and hospitality staff member at several venues. Froot's career interests and expertise primarily lie in TV screenwriting and film production.
