As VP of Digital Strategy and Experience I am responsible for not only working with our clients to produce progressive digital experiences across all relevant touchpoints but also to provide thought leadership and internal systems to keep Ayzenberg at the forefront of entertainment marketing.

Conceived, developed and managed the user experience and content strategy for all client initiatives with a focus on Facebook-based campaigns to heavily gamified community portals.  This included the delivery of a user experience / strategy deck, use cases, task flows and high fidelity wires.

Creatively led projects.  This included guiding the design team on delivering design themes, mood boards and final comps.  Focus was on establishing a digital interpretation of brands in a way that let typography, white space and minimalism reign.

Worked with the executive team to recast how we tell our digital story and ideas to existing and potential clients, by focusing on insight, the why and a story vs just the what.  This led to the creation of new standards and process for internal and outbound pitch decks,

Led the effort to establish a consultative mindset for the digital group, within and outside the organization, leading to deeper integration between traditional creatives, social strategist and digital subject matter experts.  Externally introduced and led client workshops as a collaborative construct to showcase our strategy and innovation chops.

As Director of User Experience at Blitz, I was responsible for re-establishing the department internally and establishing it as a core competency and strength of the agency.

Worked closely with senior management to introduce an integrated digital approach that focused on leveraging social media and game mechanics to encourage awareness, community growth and incentivize purchase.

Collaborated extensively with the new business and account services team during the pitch process, along the way focusing on providing the key insights that would help us arrive at our "Big Idea" moment.  In that capacity managed primary and secondary research all in the name of insights.

Among notable achievements was leading the user experience and strategy for the redesign of the support site for <a href="http://Xbox.com">Xbox.com</a>, an initiative that represented many firsts for the agency including being UX led and in terms of revenues signed.

Took great pride in fostering a collaborative environment with UX practitioners outside and inside the walls of the agency and creating not only a department but helping its members grow into thought leaders in their own right.

As the Director of Interactive Services, i was responsible for meeting our clients growing digital needs both in the short and long term.

Led the resurgence of the Interactive Services group by expanding its capabilities beyond production and towards consultation.  In that capacity added a roster of top tier digital partners who could be leveraged to meet any challenges.  Focused the group on strategy, the big idea and user experience.

Focused heavily on bridging the gap between traditional creatives and their digital counterparts by creating a collaborative environment where ideas were king and leading by example.

Lastly focused on producing smart, relevant and useful solutions over pretty or flashy alternatives, which included the first live Harley-Davidson Sturgis attendance being broadcasted over the internet and unto selected display media, as well as a complete redesign of <a href="http://Subaru.com">Subaru.com</a> from the ground up, a first for the agency at the time.

Led the transition from in-house digital production to a broadcast centric outsourcing model providing agency's clients with cost saving and a best of breed approach.  Focused from growing the list of vendors from good local shops to nationally recognize leaders.  Led the execution of technically complex projects including Live broadcast feed banners and widgets for Harley-Davidson and Porsche USA first foray into user-generated content.

Interactive Technical Director

Responsible for the over development standards of all flash-based solutions.  Focused on transitioning from timeline to an object oriented development process.  Helped lead the implementation of best practices framework not only in flash but also in site development with the introduction of standard-compliant layout markup.  Finally was able to work closely with the VP of technology to author case studies including flash SEO and tracking.  Clients included Scotts, Etrade, Syngenta, Cargill and Steelcase.
