Matthew Hardwick

Matthew Hardwick is a highly skilled Development Director with over 20 years of experience in architecture, construction, project management, and property development.

He has a comprehensive understanding of property development, having successfully managed diverse projects across various sectors such as infrastructure, retail, residential, schools, theatres, theme parks, hotels, and commercial offices.

Currently serving as a Senior Development Manager at Mirvac Developments, he oversees apartment developments in Harold Park and Marrickville.

Previously, Matthew worked as a Development Director for Aldar Properties in Abu Dhabi, managing large-scale master planned communities like Yas Island and Al Raha Beach.

His career in Australia included roles at Diriyah Gate Development Authority, ALDAR Properties, Sandrick Pty Ltd, Macquarie Leisure (Operations), Investa Property Group, and various other organizations.

Educationally, he completed his Bachelor of Architecture at the University of New South Wales and holds a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in strategy, finance, accounting, and marketing from AGSM @ UNSW Business School.
