Christian Talavera is a seasoned Product Manager with over a decade of experience in the industry. A graduate of California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Talavera has honed his skills in collaborating with various stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors, to deliver efficient and productive solutions.

Talavera's passion lies in putting customers at the center of product development, focusing on customer development to collect quantitative and qualitative data, track performance metrics, and prioritize backlog. He places experimentation and iteration at the forefront, creating MVPs and killing projects through data validation, ultimately resulting in successful product releases.

Throughout his career, Talavera has acquired several different job responsibilities, including conducting webinars, introducing new features, and managing a user group to promote customer success. He is not afraid to get his hands dirty and even picks up the phone to personally hear shareholders' and vendors' exact stories and experiences.

Outside of product management, Talavera is interested in emerging technologies, building software products, the stock market, baseball, basketball, and football. Overall, Talavera's journey has been full of growth, engagement, adoption, enhancements, and adversity.
