Design and define technical specifications and requirements documentation with cross-division stakeholders
Lead the technological management of the different development teams of the SIARE Modules, coordinating the work of the architect, the quality assurance leader, and other technology professionals who are incorporated to contribute to the completion of the project, under the coordination of the DGIC and supervision of the UCP.
- Direct, Evaluate, Propose, Plan, Design and Implement the technological architecture of the SIARE.
- Lead the development and management process of SIARE requirements and talents
- Elaborate metrics based on performance data and outcomes evaluations of the products and the teams
- Propose and implement integration and continuous deployment mechanisms in the DGIC
- Implement agile methodologies in the DGIC and the MEF for the implementation of the SIARE writing user stories, grooming product backlogs and retrospective analysis
- Implement information exchange mechanisms (API) with other systems inside and outside the MEF
- Coordinate software quality processes, user acceptance test and data analysis of SIARE and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements in a fast-paced environment.

- Follow-up and facilitation of the government priority "Paraguay Digital", with emphasis on Primary Health Care and Incorporation of ICT in Education.

- Technological Coordinator, architecture design, development and implementation of the "Ñangareko" Program for emergency finatial support integrated into the management system of electronic payment companies.
