Sara Graff, LCSW

Sara Graff, LCSW, is a clinical social worker with over two decades of experience in mental and social health services. She is the owner, director, and clinician of Path For Change, a venue that helps people facing chronic illnesses to learn to reclaim their lives. A graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, Sara studied psychology and social work, followed by a master's degree in human resources development from Webster University. She also completed her Master of Social Work degree with a specialization in mental and social health services and allied professions from Washington University in St. Louis.

Sara's expertise lies in the mind-body connection and the importance of using our inner strengths to heal and move forward in our lives. She uses a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness skills to guide her clients on their Path For Change. She has worked with several organizations during her career, including Access Community Services, Gulf Coast Jewish Family Services, Behavior Change Consultants, and Gift of Life as an owner, director, or therapist.

Sara's personal experience with chronic illness helps her understand the challenges that come with it, such as isolation, questioning, fear, and overwhelming anxiety. She emphasizes open-hearted kindness, acceptance, and appreciating each moment of life, helping clients to live their lives to the fullest.
