Tanisha Banaszczyk is an accomplished Portfolio Manager with extensive experience in early-stage innovation, investment banking, venture capital, business advisory, and risk management. Currently, she is leading the Strategic Investment Fund for Minderoo Foundation, one of Asia's largest philanthropies committed to global initiatives. Tanisha has also served as Principal at AC Ventures, a leading tech venture capital firm in Indonesia with over US$100M of FUM and 70+ portfolio companies. She has made significant investments in Indonesia and Southeast Asia and provided hands-on support to portfolio firms. Previously, Tanisha worked as Head of Investments for Convergence Ventures, Investment Banking Analyst for Macquarie Group, and Transaction Advisory Analyst for EY. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and currently pursuing Executive Master in Finance from INSEAD.
