Vlad Goldman is an experienced VLSI Project Manager with a strong background in system-on-chip and intellectual property development. With a track record of successful large-scale project execution in all aspects of VLSI R&D, Vlad has worked with a variety of team structures and vendors to ensure high-quality results in Silicon. With expertise in logic design, verification, logic integration, Design for Test (DFT), and physical design for advanced process technologies. Vlad brings practical and theoretical knowledge of project management and team leadership to any development process.

Vlad studied at St. Petersburg Marine University (faculty of electronic devices), the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology (MBAA) and the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology (BS, Electrical Engineering).

He has held positions such as Switches DFX Group Manager at Marvell Semiconductor, Design Manager at Marvell Semiconductor, Program Manager at Freescale Semiconductor, and Wireless and Networking Processors Implementation Manager at Freescale Semiconductor, in addition to other management and engineering roles at Motorola and PowerDsine.

Vlad's expertise includes IP and SoC design, complex SoC/IP design flows and management methodologies, and collaboration culture. He is a results-driven leader with a constant drive for efficiency improvement and creative problem solving abilities.
