Thomas Panuzio is a prominent executive with over thirty years of experience in the financial services and national security industries. He has managed more than 150 financial transactions that add up to $800MM of commercial and industrial loans. Mr. Panuzio is an expert in the execution, implementation, origination, and management of financial transactions for the government contracting process. He is also known for his work with private equity and investment banking firms in identifying emerging technologies for mergers and acquisitions related to the government contracting industry.

Apart from his extensive financial experience, Mr. Panuzio has worked with the United States Government, serving as a Schedule C Appointee of George Herbert Walker Bush, assisting the Director of the Federal Emergency Management Agency in managing special programs and security-related activities. He continued his work on emerging issues related to Homeland Security, National Security, and Terrorism and provided insights and analysis to worldwide media organizations on the same.

Mr. Panuzio has provided testimony and consulting as an expert witness to financial service agencies, U.S. Congressional Committees, State Legislatures, Governors. He has also given expert testimony in both civil and criminal court cases. His education includes studies in SIS, School of International Studies at American University.
