Chad Gleason, CCIM, is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in commercial real estate, investment initiatives, and operations across the globe. As the Managing Director at Pentavirate, Chad works directly with private investors, investment banks, capital markets, mid-market investments, and family offices to collaborate with the Pentavirate Real Estate Investment team on the optimal investment mechanism that supports the clients’ financial objectives. His expertise includes Sukuk (Islamic bonds), private placement, and real estate funds.

Previously, he led SVNRaven Commercial Real Estate, a CRE development and consultancy firm based in Bellevue, Washington, and a member of the SVN Shared Value Network. He oversaw the training and development of the corporate real estate, office and industrial investment teams in the Seattle Metro area, he led the creation of third-party real estate departments for sub-Fortune 500 companies with a focus on commercial real estate portfolio goals and optimizing value.

As a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation holder, Chad has completed 160 hours of coursework in advanced real estate finance and market analysis, making him one of the elite CRE professionals. He currently serves on the National Board of Directors for CCIM Institute and Chairs the Ward Center Subcommittee and was past Chair of the Government Affairs Committee.

Chad also serves on the National Board of Directors for the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the National Commercial Committee for NAR. In 2018, he was named the Commercial Real Estate Broker of the Year by the Washington Association of Realtors. As a past member of the Federal Policy Committee and Government Affairs, he has been involved in lobbying Congress for federal and state legislation, impacting the commercial real estate industry. He was the 2016 President of the Washington State Chapter of CCIM, encompassing the State of Washington, Northern Idaho, Alaska and Montana.

With a background in forestry, software development, and consulting services, Chad is equipped with a diverse skillset. He leverages his expertise in corporate real estate, asset management, CRE tech, blockchain, and commercial real estate to help his clients achieve their investment objectives.
