Kelly Zeni

Kelly Zeni is a distinguished entrepreneur, mentor and fund manager associate with a wealth of experience in innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives. After completing her engineering degree at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná, she continued to earn her MsC in Management from the same institution, then went on to earn a Marketing Post Graduation at FAE Business School and an MBA in Management at Ibmec. She founded Tangelo Captação de Recursos in 2002, where she's currently managing partner, with a focus on go-to-market and funding strategies for many Brazilian startups and corporations.

Her entrepreneurial spirit has seen her take on numerous roles across various organizations throughout her career. She was previously the head of Venture Business Unit at Redirection Corporate Development and the country manager at Solix Technologies. Furthermore, she advised companies while at the NAGI (Núcleo de Apoio à Gestão da Inovação) from 2012 to 2015, assisting in mentoring them on innovation management processes implementation.

Kelly Zeni's expertise also lies in telecommunication engineering, which led to her roles as Channel Developer for AT&T, GVT and Westcon. She was also previously the Executive Manager at the Curitiba Offshore Center. Currently, Kelly mentors organizations as they create innovative solutions that make a difference in society.
