Thomas Kidde

Thomas Kidde is a highly experienced attorney with over 45 years of practice in intellectual property law. As a Partner in Intellectual Property Group, he has represented clients in trials involving patent, copyright, trademark, rights of publicity, unfair competition, and trade secrets litigation. Mr. Kidde also provides counseling in trademark and copyright matters, clearance and prosecution of trademark applications, and negotiation and preparation of technology transfers and licensing agreements.

Mr. Kidde acquired his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and his Bachelor of Arts in History from Stanford University. He has worked for several prominent law firms, including Small Larkin & Kidde, Baker & McKenzie, and Macdonald Halsted & Laybourne. Currently, he serves as a partner at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP.
