In addition, al-Binali is an experienced entrepreneur, skilled in designing strategies and managing teams to face business challenges. He has experience in deploying new business and executing transformations and turnarounds. He is also well-versed in corporate governance, with certification by the Institute of Directors, UK, and over 21 years of experience as a non-executive director of the board.

al-Binali holds a B.S.E. in Computer Science from Princeton University and a Ph.D. in Computational Finance from Columbia University in the City of New York.
