Lindsay Neil is a highly experienced consultant with a diverse background in communications, outreach, engagement, public policy, and advocacy campaigns. As a former Chief External Affairs Officer at STRIVE Preparatory Schools and Executive Director of Children's Affairs at the City and County of Denver, Neil has led successful outreach and engagement campaigns for education-related initiatives. At Roaring Fork Family Resource Center and Asistencia Para Latinos, Neil worked with local programs to support communities through social services. Neil's work at Stand for Children Colorado and the Colorado Children's Campaign allowed her to develop extensive advocacy experience to close opportunity gaps for Colorado children in early childhood care and education, K-12 education, and children's health.

Neil's leadership was instrumental in the passage of the Great Teachers and Leaders Law (SB 191) and the Innovation Schools Act. She has also supported school turnaround efforts in Northeast Denver, worked to elect school board members and state legislators committed to dramatically improving public schools, and overseen the Denver Children's Cabinet, Denver Education Compact, Denver Great Kids Head Start, and MY Denver Card program.

Neil holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Speech Communications from the University of Northern Colorado and has fluency in Spanish. She is the Principal Consultant at Lindsay Neil, LLC and serves on the advisory board of DFER – Colorado.
