With a bachelor's degree in marketing research from Emeritus and marketing and research from Emeritus College, he has built a career helping clients make strategic decisions to impact their return on investment. His goal is to become a senior executive in research within a boutique research organization. Neal is passionate about empowering clients to achieve results that matter through his skills in analytics, consulting, SPSS, research methodologist, and Black Belt Six Sigma.

During his stellar career, Neal has held various positions of leadership, including Director of Business Development at Displayr, Vice President, Research Design, and Management at Millward Brown, and Senior Director of Business Process at McGraw-Hill. He has also worked as a former Senior Director of Strategy and Green Practice Lead, Senior Director of Automotive Product Research, and operated in other roles with J.D. Power and Associates. These experiences have made him an expert in consumer insights, quantitative and qualitative research, supplier research, proprietary research, syndicated research, SimaPro, and Life Cycle Assessment.

Neal Oddes' main area of interest is in alternative fuel vehicles, and he was a National Research Leader at Hyundai Motor Distributors South Africa. Moreover, he was Senior Director of Prize Development at XPRIZE.
