Jean-Marc Mieville is a passionate mobile app enthusiast with a great interest in e-money, artificial intelligence, big data, and startups in Thailand, Southeast Asia, and China. He strongly believes that great cognitive apps can make the world a better place. He has studied Nanodegree Programs in Deep Learning Foundation, iOS Developer, and Tech Entrepreneur at Udacity. He also has a degree in Asian Business Management from Mahawithayalai Rangsit and studied Chinese at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.

Jean-Marc is a Co-founder of Mindstree, where he currently leads the mission to make businesses in the tourism sector smarter with deep technology. In his previous project, he worked to help the unbanked and underbanked gain access to essential financial services, empowering their lives.

Jean-Marc is a kaizen practitioner and welcomes challenges. He has represented Thailand in an international business case competition and TV reality show, and he ended up in the top 0.006% of the 10,000 applicants globally. He also was awarded the Distinguished International Student Scholarship when studying in China.

Jean-Marc's professional experience spans across various roles, including senior business executive and senior product executive at Ascend Corporation, Entrepreneur in Residence at TechGrind Incubator & Venture Capital, Business Development for Switzerland at FINESTITCH & CO., and CEO, Co-Founder at THE STUDENT’S CARD CO., LTD. He has also worked as an internet marketing intern at Comet Digital Media and as a transcriber for FREELANCE. Before pursuing his entrepreneurial endeavors, he owned and managed a restaurant in Thailand.
