Steve Thompson is a business development professional with over $850M in completed deals and a diverse background in both the public and private sectors. A Syracuse University alumnus, Steve is a creative and dynamic leader with a broad range of experience in business and market development, economic and workforce development, account management, partnership expansion, community outreach, and government relations. Steve is a personable and engaging individual with an entrepreneurial spirit who has an extensive track record of finding hidden opportunities and creating positive results.

With experience in operations and production planning, logistics and supply chain initiatives, and cross-functional and cross-organizational development, Steve is an experienced entrepreneur who has the ability to bridge the gap between business and government. He is skilled in strategic planning, process improvement, and project management and has an exceptional ability to communicate and collaborate across all levels of an organization.

Steve has held positions at Andrea Jones Consulting, Health Technology Collaborative -HTC, Automation Solutions, City of Beaverton, and Cushman & Wakefield as a Vice President, Strategic Advisor, Board Member, Business Development Manager, and Commercial Broker. He has secured more than $4M in local/state/federal incentives and tax reductions and has expertise in international trade, export financing, utility franchise and right of way agreements, and lean/six sigma.
