Ellis Tran is an established Community Director at Starcity with a background in Linguistics and Education from the University of California, Los Angeles, and San Jose State University. Ellis has worked for some of the most prominent organizations globally and has held a range of roles such as Member Onboarding Manager for Starcity, Launch Manager for Riaz Capital, and Home Manager for Common. Ellis has garnered vast experience in Operations support, Business development, Staff accounting, Finance, and Instructional design from these positions.

Ellis’s earlier vocational journey was no less interesting as they were an English conversational class instructor and a dedicated volunteer teacher with the Peace Corps, working pro bono, which is an excellent illustration of their spirit of social service.
