Emily Downs is a well-educated and experienced Human Resources Manager, currently serving as a Manager of People Operations and HRBP at Plaid. She studied Applied Psychology, Human Development, Communications, and Human Resources Management from Boston College. Emily has honed her skills over the years, starting as a Sales Associate at Summer Shades and then working as a Social Media Intern at Raising Happiness. She has also worked as a Human Resources Analyst at Bell-Carter Foods, Ticketfly's HR Coordinator, HR Operations, and most recently Plaid's HR Business Partner. Through these roles, she has accumulated significant experience and expertise in the field of Human Resources.

In her current role, Emily is responsible for managing the people operations and human resources business partnership for the GTM + Ops department at Plaid. Her experience in HR analysis, social media, and sales has given her a unique skill set that she uses to develop and implement efficient human resources solutions. Emily is driven, hardworking, and passionate about her work. She continues to demonstrate an unwavering commitment to ensure that she and her team deliver high-quality HR services.
