Joni Redmond, a versatile and accomplished professional, has an extensive background in customer success management, staffing, and program management across a variety of industries. With a diverse educational background that includes Spanish, women's studies, English literature, creative writing, and theater, Joni brings a unique set of skills to every project. She has previously served as an account manager for Avionte Staffing Software, a customer success manager for Aevy and Clockwork Recruiting, and a program manager for the Living Arroyos program at the Urban Creeks Council. Joni has also served as a lecturer at San Diego State University and held multiple positions at the Braille Institute of America. Additionally, she has provided nonprofit program evaluation consulting services for Thomas Herman Consulting and worked as a field intern for the Bilateral Safety Corridor Coalition.
