Steven Malter is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in higher education administration, business management, and event coordination. He studied higher education administration at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, where he obtained a Ph.D. degree. He also holds a master's degree in student personnel in higher education from the University of Florida and a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and law from the same institution.

Steven has worked in various educational institutions, including Washington University in St. Louis, where he held multiple roles. He was a Professor of Practice in Management, Management & Communications Area Chair, Co-Founder Israel Summer Business Academy, Senior Lecturer in Business, Adjunct Instructor, and Senior Associate Dean of Experiential Learning & Strategic Initiatives. Besides, he worked as a Recruiter at EY and a Coordinator for Programming and All Campus Events at Washington University in St. Louis.
