He has excelled in managing and mentoring designers while providing artistic and creative direction on products that push the envelope. Dale's areas of expertise are product design, mobile and software interface design, visual design, user experience design, and interaction design.

Dale takes pride in using his product design skills to enhance the user experience, making every finished product as intuitive and enjoyable as possible for the intended audience. He is passionate about design and still actively designs every product he's responsible for. Dale has also been a freelance senior interactive art director at major companies such as Palm, AOL, and Apple Computer.
