Ojo Adurodija is a highly-skilled professional scientist and engineer with extensive experience in research and development of thin film materials and devices. He is also an expert in project management, planning, designing, developing, and qualification to enable production ramp-up of high-volume manufacturing. With over 70 publications in peer-reviewed journals, patents, and conference proceedings, Adurodija has proven strengths in developing cutting-edge technologies and managing new and existing processes implementation. He also has a demonstrated excellent technical strength in R&D and manufacturing of crystalline silicon and thin-film (CdTe, CIGS) photovoltaic devices, Biosensors, and photovoltaic systems design, installations, and solar tracking systems. Additionally, Adurodija is an expert in material sciences, advanced metrology (in-situ and ex-situ), vacuum deposition technologies (Sputtering, PVD, PECVD, RTP, EB, Plasma ion beam deposition), laser materials processing, wet chemical processes (CVD, ultrasonic spray pyrolysis and electroplating), roll-to-roll (R2R) processing, product quality assurance, and other related areas.

Adurodija had his PhD in Applied Physics from Northumbria University and his BSc in Physics from Ambrose Alli University. He has worked with top organizations in the industry such as AGC Glass Company North America, PVNext Corporation, Veeco Solar Equipment, Fraunhofer Center for Sustainable Energy Systems, and others.
