She currently serves as the Design Director of Outlook at Microsoft, bringing her vision and strategic insights to the product. Tasha is a co-founder of Womxn in Design at Microsoft, an initiative that promotes gender diversity in the industry. Throughout her sixteen-year tenure at Microsoft, Tasha played a pivotal role in rebuilding MSN and pioneering several mobile initiatives. Prior to Microsoft, she founded Genesis Se7en, a global design studio dedicated to crafting branding solutions and unique interactive experiences. Tasha's passion for diversity and gender-related issues fuel her motivation to elevate the influence of women leaders within the design industry.
