Derrick Kelsey is a seasoned consultant, with a passion for application development, web collaboration technologies, and organizational leadership. For over twenty years, he has honed his skills in the financial, manufacturing, food and beverage, medical supply, automotive, higher education and non-profit industries. Derrick has extensive experience in CRM, CX, CDM, CTI applications, systems architecting, systems integration, and project management. He has performed both functional and technical roles, from developing methodologies and gathering business requirements to configuring and deploying applications and project management.

Derrick is an alumnus of The University of Alabama, where he studied Computer Engineering, and Dallas Theological Seminary, where he pursued a Th.M in Theology. He has worked as a Senior Consultant at Apex IT and Transparent Solutions and as an IT Specialist at IBM Global Services. He was also a Senior Consultant at Siebel Systems, where he provided post-production support for software implementations and technical assistance as a SME for domestic and international clients.

Derrick has an entrepreneurial spirit and was instrumental in developing a non-profit organization from the ground up. As a thoughtful and critical thinker, Derrick is well-regarded for his ability to deconstruct challenges and provide practical and cost-effective solutions.
