Activating the world with the responsibility for developing the customer experience online by improving the 4 digital business areas and the skills of the brilliant individuals within team E-Commerce Stadium Group. E-Commerce Stadium Group is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of the digital business including, business planning, UX strategy and development, website design, customer service, product presentation, web analytics and web technologies. We are responsible for prioritizing development and working with all innovation within Stadium Groups digital business areas.

Activating the world with a responsibility for Stadium`s Commercial Customer experience. Working with attracting and keeping customers, encouraging sales online and in store. Setting targets for Stadium E-Commerce and in store sales and meeting those targets within the budget identified to deliver on those KPIs.Primary responsibilities:- Full P&L responsibilities for Stadium E-Commerce- Financial planning and preparing of budgets- Determining the website and in store communication and user experience - Understanding the customer behavior and adjusting markteting to the customers needs- Supervising the Commercial department and recruiting active, driven individuals -  Setting and adjusting the Commercial Plan

Ansvarig för marknad & kommunikation för 2 organisationer:Västerbottens idrottsförbund: Med uppgift att företräda - stödja - leda - idrotten i Västerbotten som består av drygt 700 idrottsföreningar.SISU idrottsutbildarna: Vi är den resurs och stöd som krävs för att ni ska komma igång med idrottsföreningens utbildning och utveckling. SISU är till för alla föreningar och förbund. Närheten gör det enkelt att samarbeta med SISU. Och utbildning på hemmaplan ger möjlighet för alla att delta. Vi möter dagligen ledare, aktiva, tränare, idrottsföräldrar och funktionärer över hela landet, och skapar mötesplatser där vi tillsammans kan mötas och utvecklas. Detta ger oss koll på helheten och vardagen inom idrotten.
