Amanda Arizola is a highly skilled and accomplished nonprofit leader with experience in developing private and public community partnerships, providing leadership and support in program development, marketing, legislative research, and grant writing. With a double degree in Government and Mexican-American studies from the University of Texas at Austin, a dual MBA and MHSM in Health Systems Management from Texas Woman's University, and certification in Las Comadres Texas Public Policy and Candidate Training Program at The University of Texas at Austin - The LBJ School of Public Affairs, Amanda has honed her skills in non-profit governance, grassroots organization, and coalition building, making her a valuable asset to any organization she works with. She has worked in various leadership roles, including Assistant Director at Foundation Communities - Dallas Community Tax Centers, CHIMES Program Director at United Way of Tarrant County, and Program Manager, Financial Stability at Catholic Charities Fort Worth. Amanda has also received several awards for her contributions to her community, including the Shining Star Award by the Hispanic Women's Network of Texas in Fort Worth in 2015. She currently serves as Vice President of Finance & Operations at Philanthropy Southwest and is a former member of the board of managers at JPS Health Network. Amanda's unique value is her ability to strategically collaborate with and mobilize diverse stakeholders in bringing awareness and tactical strategies to confront and support community issues.
