Being an advocate for a positive recruitment experience, I'm here to ensure all candidates have a positive experience throughout the engagement process with Sypht, which reaches far beyond just the interview process. Next to actively sourcing for top talent, I'm responsible for cultivating brand-led culture change and  aligning employees with an experience that matches our desired customer and partner experiences. We employ Machine Learning algorithms and AI to automatically extract and interpret key data within documents (in real-time) to automate manual tasks. Joining Sporteluxe as their primary brand advocate and point of contact in Australia,this role had me across most areas of the online publication. As the Founders had relocated to the US in recent years, I was tasked with rebuilding the brands reputation locally in Australia. Alongside this strategy, I was in charge of hiring, creation/implementation of new internal processes to streamline tasks/increase productivity, advertising partnerships, social partnerships and eventorganisation for the brand.As the media industry is increasingly changing, I also helped adapt a new brandconcept built around social media influencers and brands to create a new revenuestream for the business. These influencer events also allow Sporteluxe to buildrelationships on both sides of the industry, which enables us to communicate to ouraudience better than ever.

I specialised in delivering face to face solutions, as I found the best way to understand my client’s was to immerse myself in their needs and embed myself as a member in their team. From singular to mass hires, I would create a unique proposition to solve growth problems and improve your overall hiring experience.As a sort of Business Development Manager in Evolution, I would build business through networking, cold calling, industry events and word of mouth. Evo’s approach to this role was different to the standard BDM and instilled more strategy to allow partnering longer term with clients to ensure Evolution would become a trusted partner.In this role; I partnered with companies like BCG Digital Ventures, Rotor Studios, Velocity Frequent Flyer, Macquarie, Agriwebb, DiUS and Tyro.

Initially joining Evolution as a founding member and trainee 360 consultant, I specialised in the Front End and Digital market within Sydney, Australia. This role propelled me into a brand new industry, where I was required to build an entire desk from scratch - including but not limited to; candidate qualification, lead pulling, cold calling, client briefs, negotiations and sourcing high calibre candidates. Throughout my time at Evolution as a 360 consultant I partnered with SME's, larger corporations and start up businesses to help them find top tech talent. In this role, I was record holder for achieving the quickest promotion time between Trainee and Senior Consultant in Australia. To achieve this I had to hit certain revenue goals within a rolling time period. ---------------------------------Evolution go to great lengths to find our clients people who are exactly the right fit and act as true representatives of their businesses.They have an extensive network of contacts, through which they can quickly identify both active and passive candidates for specific vacancies or projects. Additionally these relationships give them a true understanding of their client's culture, enabling them to match the right candidate at the first time of asking. This position requires excellent customer service and all round general knowledge of the design industry. A good understanding of the Adobe Design Suite Software and ability to manage time efficiently is necessary to perform all duties. Daily tasks consist of distributing completed design projects, invoice updates, t shirt printing, photocopying, photograph editing, creation and unique design of business cards and various other advertising documents. Other duties such as binding, printing, faxing, emailing, answering phones, job prioritising and document editing are everyday responsibilities.

Stock control and ordering - in both the kitchen and bar, were daily duties that required strong communication between myself and my manager.
