John Malone is a highly accomplished business leader with a proven track record of driving rapid organizational growth and delivering significant value creation for all stakeholders. He studied Electrical Engineering at Virginia Tech and went on to study MBA, Entrepreneurial Management at Harvard Business School. With a combined 12 years as the Executive Chairman, CEO, and/or Founder of four venture-backed software companies, five years as a mentor and executive coach to 18 CEOs, and five years as an Independent Director of a NYSE company, he has garnered an invaluable wealth of experience.

John currently serves as an active independent board member of Amber Road Inc., a NYSE-listed category leader in SaaS-based Global Trade Management solutions. He is also the Chairman of a CEO Peer Group Advisory Board for Vistage International, a leading organization for chief executive leadership that provides access to fresh thinking and new ideas for CEOs. In addition, John is an advisor at Stardog and formerly served as an Advisory Board Member and Entrepreneur in Residence at Apex Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Virginia Tech.
