Samuel Reid is a highly motivated individual with a passion for computers and a wealth of experience in the helpdesk industry. He has a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Business from Clarkson University and has worked as an Application Support Analyst at American Honda Motor Company, Inc. In addition, he has served as a Tier II Helpdesk Tech/Customer Service Representative at TheStreet, a BI Analyst Intern at American Greetings, and a Junior Technician at Clarkson University.
With his extensive knowledge of computers and his talent for problem-solving, Samuel is well-suited for a helpdesk position where he can utilize his skills to help others. He is driven to improve and is always willing to go above and beyond to provide the best service possible.
