Colleen Rocafort is a seasoned professional with 40 years of diverse experience in R&D, specializing in Cosmetic Science, New Product Development, Aerosol Technology, Analytical Chemistry, Polymer Development, and Technology Scouting.

Her career has spanned roles in Raw Material Suppliers, Contract Manufacturers, and International Consumer Goods Companies, including Fluid Packaging Company, Playtex Beauty Care, International Specialty Products, and Ciba Specialty Chemicals Corporation (now part of the BASF Group).

Currently, she serves as the Global Technical Key Account Manager and Team Lead for BASF, focusing on addressing H&PC customer's technical needs in North America, driving innovation, and leading cross-functional teams.

Colleen Rocafort is also actively involved in instructing Continuing Education Program (CEP) courses for the National SCC, covering topics such as Hair Care, Aerosol Technology, and Polymer Formulation and Testing.
