Seth Schuknecht is an experienced corporate attorney and manager with expertise in regulatory issues and corporate governance for public and private companies. He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and earned his J.D. from Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. Schuknecht has served as Corporate Counsel- Securities, M&A, and Corporate Governance at Carvana and previously worked at prestigious law firms such as Squire Patton Boggs and DLA Piper. He is also a former Commissioner at Governor's Aerospace and Defense Commission and has served as a Law Clerk to a Federal District Judge at U.S. District Court. In addition to his legal career, Schuknecht has served as a Naval Officer and Aviator with the United States Navy.
